• Tray Bias – As the tray is inserted into the printer, is it maneuvered into a fixed position by
several plastic bias points and a Bias Spring/Roller. If one of these parts is broken, the tray will
not be in its proper position relative to the pick rolls and the paper will not feed properly.
• Tray Rails – Slide the Tray out of the printer and remove it from the metal rails. Check the rails
to see if they are bent or damaged. The tray may not be in its proper position relative to the pick
rolls if the rails are damaged.
