4 Use the virtual keyboard to type the fax station name, and then touch Enter.
The prompt screen changes to the fax station number screen. A fax station number is the telephone number of
the sending fax machine, business, other entity, or individual.
5 Use the virtual keypad to type the fax station number, and then touch Enter.
Wait for the home screen to appear.
Setting up the fax function using the Embedded Web Server
Note: Configuration is a task usually completed by the system support person. See your system support person if
you are prompted to supply a password during the following instructions.
1 Open a Web browser.
2 In the address bar, type the IP address of the printer (for example, http://192.168.236.24), and then press
Enter.
3 Click Configuration.
4 Click Fax Setup.
