  If the LEYBOLD Water Pump does not reach the nominal speed of 210 Hz, it could be due to: * Inlet pressure exceeding 50 mbar. Close the pump inlet and check the rotational speed on the display. * Blocked outlet or unacceptably high back pressure in the outlet. Ensure the pump outlet is clear and that the outlet pressure does not exceed 1200 mbar.

Why LEYBOLD Water Pump does not start?

  The LEYBOLD Water Pump might not start due to several reasons: 1. No mains voltage present. Check the mains power supply and ensure the mains switch on the pump is set to '1'. 2. Defective or incorrectly inserted mains cable. Verify the pump’s power supply. 3. Incorrect connection of the start-stop switch. If operating using the start-stop switch, ensure the supplied plug is connected to the X1 control interface with pins 8 and 9 bridged. 4. Start-stop button is not set to 'start'. If operating using the X1 control interface, set the start-stop switch to 'start'. 5. DC Under voltage or Controller Under voltage. Compare the voltage range on the pump’s nameplate with the available mains voltage and connect the pump to a power supply at the correct voltage.

  If the end pressure is not reached in your LEYBOLD Water Pump, consider the following: * The gas ballast valve might be open. Close the gas ballast valve, if possible. * There could be a leakage in the system. Check for any leaks. * The gas ballast valve could be defective. Check for leaks. * The outlet might be blocked, or there's unacceptably high back pressure in the outlet. Ensure the pump outlet is clear and that the outlet pressure does not exceed 1200 mbar. * The pump might not be running at the rated rotational speed of 210 Hz. Set the target speed to 210 Hz using the X104 RS-485 interface.

  The LEYBOLD Water Pump may switch off due to: * Heatsink Overheat. Set the pump up at a suitable location with a lower ambient temperature. * Cooling air supply or discharge impeded. Ensure sufficient cooling air supply or discharge. * Gas temperature too high. Check the system.

  If your LEYBOLD Water Pump does not start or switches off, it could be due to: * Voltage too low for controlling the frequency converter. Disconnect the pump from the mains for at least 10 seconds and restart. * Charging circuit for DC bus is defective. Disconnect the pump from the mains for at least 10 seconds and restart. * DC bus voltage was too high, the rundown time is too short, or the input voltage is too high. Compare the voltage range on the pump’s nameplate with the available mains voltage and connect the pump to a power supply at the correct voltage.
