Pull the electronics which drive
the turbomolecular pump out to
the top. For this loosen screws
(8/11).
Unscrew fuse F1.
2 F5 on 0.032AT Protects „TMP-Fail“ signal.
VD Pull the electronics which drive
the turbomolecular pump out to
the top. For this loosen screws
(8/11).
3 F6 6.3AT For protection of the forevacu-
um pump and the turbomolecu-
lar pump.
4 F4 0.032AT Protects „TMP Normal“ signal.
Pull the electronics which drive
the turbomolecular pump out to
the top. For this loosen screws
(8/11).
5 F2 0.032AT Protects „TMP Gate“ signal.
Pull the electronics which drive
the turbomolecular pump out to
the top. For this loosen screws
(8/11).
6 F3 0.032AT Protects „TMP Frequency“ sig-
nal.
Pull the electronics which drive
the turbomolecular pump out to
the top. For this loosen screws
(8/11).
7 F1 on 2AT 24 V system voltage of the
MSV mass spectrometer supply.
Loosen control panel (Fig. 4)
(two Phillips screws).
Loosen the panel which holds
the MSV board in place (two
Phillips screws).
Pull the MSV board (the board
at the back) up to the top. For
this insert a screwdriver into two
the recesses at the sides (top)
one after the other and lever the
MSV board out by resting the
screwdriver on the STE board.

Loosen control panel (Fig. 4)
(two Phillips screws).
Loosen the panel which
holds the MSV board in
place (two Phillips screws).
Pull the MSV board up to the
top. For this insert a screw-
driver into two the recesses
at the sides (top) one after
the other and lever the MSV
board out by resting the scr-
ewdriver on the STE board.
9 F1 on 0.8AT Protects the 24 V supply
I/O carried by the OPTION
board socket (3/13).
10 F1 on 0.8AT Supply voltage for the hand
MB unit.

As can be seen in Fig. 8,
Fuse 1 in the NT 12 frequency converter.
Fuses 2, 4, 5, 6 are located on the wiring backplane
under the NT 12 frequency converter.
Fuse 3 is located beneath the wiring backplane.
Fuses 7 and 8 are located on the MSV board.
Fuse 9 is located on the I/O board.
Fuse 10 is located on the wiring backplane under the I/O
board.
Finally re-install the covers for the electronics section
and the mechanical section in the reverse order.
