      If nothing is displayed on your LG Monitor screen, ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into the outlet. Also, verify that the outlet has power by testing it with another electrical device. Check the power cable connection and press the power button. Confirm that the connected input is enabled in the monitor's settings under Input. If the screen remains blank, inspect the signal cable between your PC and the monitor, ensuring it's properly connected. If reconnecting the signal cable doesn't resolve the issue, turn off HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Color in the monitor's General settings.

      If some features are disabled on your LG Monitor, the OSD might be locked. Try disabling OSD Lock in the General settings. Ensure that you have installed the display driver from the LG website. Also, verify that your graphics card supports the Plug and Play function. Make sure that the headphone port connections are made correctly. You can also try increasing the volume with the joystick. Set the audio output of the PC to the monitor you are using. The settings may differ depending on the operating system you use.
