Maximum resolution RGB : 1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz HDMI/DVI : 1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz. If the issue persists, the backlight may need repair.

Also, check the connection status of the signal cable and re-insert the PC video card. Note that several pixels (red, green, white or black color) may appear on the screen, which is attributable to the unique characteristics of the LCD panel and not a malfunction.
