When the TV is in Pass-through
Mode, the MPI function enables an
external MPI control device (i.e.,
VOD/PPV STB, etc.) to control the TV.
SPEAKER OUT
(3.5 mm jack) Connect external audio (xed
speaker, variable speaker, or xed line level
[amplier]) equipment. See Reference section,
“External Stereo Speaker Specifications,” for
further information.
RS-232C IN (CONTROL)
When the TV is in Pass-through Mode,
the RS-232C control function enables an
external TLM control device (i.e., VOD/PPV
STB, etc.) to control the TV.
ANTENNA/CABLE IN
Connect to Antenna/CATV.
PTC SERVICE (SVC ONLY)
Restricted to service updates.
OPTICAL DIGITAL AUDIO OUT
Use for amps and home theater
systems. Note: When the TV is
OFF, this port is not enabled.
AUX LAN & LAN
Use for video IP and/or
network connections.
USB IN 1 & 2
Insert USB memory device for software
updates, cloning purposes, FTG Mode
configuration, picture/music entertainment,
etc., as applicable.
HDMI IN 1 & 2
Connection for HDMI output
from external device.
SERVICE
Typically used for downloading
software updates, etc.
