  If the screen color on your LG Digital Signage appears abnormal, try the following: * Set the number of colors to more than 24 bits (true color) by navigating to [Control Panel] ? [Display] ? [Settings] ? [Color Table] in Windows. Note that the exact settings location may vary depending on your operating system. * Check the connection status of the signal cable. * Re-insert the PC graphics card. Keep in mind that several pixels (red, green, blue, white, or black color) may appear on the screen, which is attributable to the unique characteristics of the LCD panel and does not indicate a malfunction.
