Replace F2, R6, R8 on SMPS board.
1-2-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
Case 1) VD (11 V-15.3 V) Abnormal: Check AC TO DC circuit.
Case 2) CN1 (10.5 V-14.8 V) Abnormal: Check F2, R6, R8 and replace it.
