      Ensure the remote control is within 7 meters of the unit and that there are no obstacles blocking the path between the remote and the unit. If the problem persists, replace the batteries with new ones.

      If the sound bar is connected to a TV, change the AUDIO DIGITAL OUT setting in the TV Setup Menu from [PCM] to [AUTO] or [BITSTREAM]. If connected to a Player, change the AUDIO DIGITAL OUT setting in the Player Setup Menu from [PCM] to [PRIMARY PASS-THROUGH] or [BITSTREAM]. Also, change the Audio DRC setting on the connected device's setup menu to the [OFF] state, and ensure Night time mode is turned [OFF].

      Unplug the power cord and plug it back in. If that doesn’t work, set the volume to 2, then press and hold the F button (for about 5 seconds) on the main unit until the display shows the currently selected function.

      Try turning off the power to both the LG Speaker System and any connected external devices like your TV, Woofer, DVD player, or Amplifier, and then turn them back on. If that doesn't work, disconnect the power cord of the unit and connected devices, then reconnect them. Note that previous settings may not be saved when the device is shut off.
