PA_ON : WCDMA Tx Power Detect IC(HDET) Enable
PA_RO: WCDMA Tx Power Amp Gain Control
PA_ON must be HIGH(over 2.5V)
PA_FET_N must be LOW if the max Tx power is set (lower than 0.5V)
