The LG air conditioner is designed for cooling, heating (heat pump models only), healthy dehumidification, and air circulation. It incorporates a Plasma Purification system for improved air quality. The unit can be controlled via a wireless remote controller, which allows users to select various operation modes, adjust temperature, fan speed, and airflow direction, and set timers.

- Power Supply: The manual emphasizes the importance of using a properly grounded power plug and socket, and a dedicated circuit breaker. It warns against using defective or underrated circuit breakers, multi-sockets, or damaged power cables.

- Jet Cool/Heat Operation: Quickly cools or heats the room. In cooling, it runs at super high fan speed with an 18°C (64°F) setting for 30 minutes. In heating (some models), it runs at super high fan speed with a 30°C (86°F) setting for 30 minutes.
