Chicken Wings with Chinese Style Red Sauce
- Weight Limit : 0.2~0.6 kg
- Food Temp. : Refrigerated
- Utensil : Crisp tray On the high rack
Ingredients
6 chicken wings \ 5 garlic cloves
1/2 cup tomato sauce \ 3 tablespoons soy sauce \ 3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon seasoning sauce \ 1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
1 teaspoon salt \ 1 teaspoon pepper powder \ 2 cups water
3 tablespoons cooking oil \ 1/2 cups oil for deep-frying
1. Clean chicken wings, drain.
2. Marinate with salt, pepper for 15 minutes.
3. Pour oil in the heat-proof dish.
4. Place the food on the crisp tray on the high rack in the oven.
5. Choose the menu and weight, press start.
6. When beep, turn food over.
7. And then press start to continue cooking.
8. After cooking, set aside.
9. Mix tomato sauce, water, sugar, Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce
and seasoning sauce, garlic together, heat in the microwave oven
until garlic turn to yellow color and fragrant.
10. Add chicken wings in sauce, heat again until well done and sauce
thicker.

Grilled Fish with Pandanus Leaves

- Utensil : Crisp tray On the high rack
Ingredients
1 black banded-kingfish \ 1 teaspoon salt \ 10 pandanus leaves
2 tablespoons coriander root, garlic, pepper corn, crushed together
2 lemongrasses, cut 1 inch and pounded \ 5 kaffir lime leaves, teared
Fresh vegetable such as cucumber, Chinese cabbage or basil
Dipping sauce
1 tablespoon garlic \ 15 red and green chilies \ 2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons fish sauce \ 2 teaspoons sugar
1. Clean the sh.
2. Rub with salt, stu with herb crushed and lemongrasses, kar lime
leaves. Wrap around sh by pandanus leaves.
3. Place the sh on the crisp tray on the high rack in the oven.
4. Choose the menu and weight, press start.
5. When beep, turn food over.
6. And then press start to continue cooking.
7. After cooking, serve with dipping sauce.
