Grilled Fish with Salt and Thai Herbs
- Food Temp. : Refrigerated
- Utensil : Crisp tray On the high rack
Ingredients
1 Tilapia fish, 500 g \ 2 tablespoons lemongrass, fine chopped
2 tablespoons kaffir lime leaves, fine chopped \ 1/2 cup sea salt
1 tablespoon galangal, fine chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, fine chopped
Blanched vegetable such as cabbage, baby corn, carrot or long green bean
Roasted chili dipping sauce
10 red and green chilies \ 2 tablespoons fish sauce \ 3 shallots
3 garlic cloves \ 2 tablespoons lime juice \ 2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon spring onion, fine sliced
1. Prepare dipping sauce by roast chiies, shallot, garlic on frying pan
until well done and fragrance.
2. In the mixer pound until almost ne. Arrange to cup and season
with sh sauce, lime juice, sugar and stir well.
3. Clean the sh using salt.
4. Rub the sh with sea salt, lemongrass, galangal, kar lime leaves
and garlic.
5. Place the food on the crisp tray on the high rack in the oven.
6. Choose the menu and press start.
7. When beep, turn food over.
8. And then press start to continue cooking.
9. After cooking, serve with blanched vegetable and dipping sauce.

Milk marinated Pork Steak
- Weight Limit : 0.2~0.6 kg

- Utensil : Crisp tray On the high rack
Ingredients
3 pork steaks, 200 g each \ 1/2 cup unsweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon salt \ 1 tablespoon black pepper corn, rough crushed
2 tablespoons garlic, fine chopped \ 2 coriander roots, fine chopped
1/2 cup pork stock \ 2 tablespoons salted butter \ 2 teaspoons corn flour
Stir-fried bettered vegetable such as carrot, potato or asparagus
1. Clean pork steak, drain.
2. Mix unsweetened condensed milk, salt, black pepper, coriander
roots and garlic together, marinate with pork.
3. Stab pork steak by fork and marinate about 1 hour in refrigerator.
4. Place the food on the crisp tray on the high rack in the oven.
5. Choose the menu and weight, press start.
6. When beep, turn food over.
7. And then press start to continue cooking.
8. After cooking, serve with bettered vegetable.
