Symptom Confirmation Procedures
Air Purifier
will not start.
• Is the power plug un-
plugged?
• Whether a power cut occur?
• Whether the front panel
open or not?
– Plug the power properly.
– Retrieve working when power cut
finish.
– When the front panel opened, oper-
ation cannot be performed. Close it
completely.
Turning off
presetting
cannot be
performed.
• Turning off presetting can-
not be performed.
- Perform the presetting once again
by referring to the instruction man-
ual.
Air Purifier
function is
not working
well.
• Is the indoor contamination
severe?
• Are there many particles on
the Dual Protection filter?
• Is the using location too
wide?
• Are there any obstacles near
the product?
•
Is the unit installed at a loca-
tion where air flows freely?
- Ventilate the area to use the prod-
uct.
- Clean the Dual Protection filter.
- Use the product that fits the room
size. (Avoid using it where it is venti-
lated well such as entrance, window
etc.)
- Remove any obstacles.
- Move and install at a different loca-
tion.
Action of
buttons is not
functioning
well.

from the
product.
• Are the humidifier filter and
tray assembled correctly?
• Are there scaling built on
the humidifier filter and
tray?
• Are the humidifier filter case
and cover correctly locked?
- Assemble the humidifier filter hook
and tray assembly part by aligning
them.
- Clean the humidifier filter and tray
with citric acid.
- Firmly lock the humidifier filter case
and cover.
