Music Flow Player app
doesn’t work properly.
Does an error occur when accessing the app?

Make sure that your smart device is compatible with the app.
y
Make sure that the Music Flow Player app is the latest version.
y
Make sure that the speaker’s front LED turns from red to white.
Music Flow PC Software
doesn’t work properly.
Does the rewall on your PC or Mac set to enable?
y
Disable all your rewalls and try to connect again. Refer to your rewall’s
instruction or website.
Is the LAN cable connected to the wireless router and your PC or Mac properly?
y
Ensure that the speaker and your PC or Mac are correctly connected to the
local area network and can access the internet.
y
The wireless communication may be interrupted from household devices that
are using radio frequencies. Move the speaker and your PC or Mac away from
them.

wireless interference.

Wireless feature may not function as well in a weak signal area.
y
Please install the device as close enough to wireless subwoofer.

For optimum performance, do not install the device on metal furniture.
Bluetooth device may
malfunction or make
noise in the following
cases:
y
When any part of your body contacts the transceiver of the Bluetooth device
or sound bar.
y
When there is an obstacle, wall or if the device is installed in a secluded spot.
y
When there is a device (wireless LAN, medical equipment or microwave) using
the same frequency, make the distance between the products as far away
from each other as possible.
y
When connecting to the Bluetooth device, make the distance between the
products as close to each other as possible.
y
When the distance between the devices is too far, the connection may be lost.
