Verify adequate water supply by checking another tap in the house and ensure the water supply tap is fully open. Inspect water inlet hoses for kinks and straighten them. Check and clean the filter of the inlet hose(s) if clogged. Also, inspect the drain hose for kinks or clogs, cleaning and straightening it as necessary. Finally, clean the drain filter if it's clogged.

Close the door properly and press the Start/Pause button. Note that it may take a few moments for the washer to begin spinning after pressing the Start/Pause button. If the washer still won't spin, the door must be locked before spin can be achieved. For balance issues, add one or two similar items to balance the load or rearrange the load to allow proper spinning.
