What to do if my LG Laundry Appliance beeps but doesn't start?

If your LG Laundry Appliance beeps when you press a button but doesn't start, the Control Lock feature may be activated. To deactivate it, turn on the washer and then press and hold the button labeled 'Control Lock' (or the button directly beneath it) for about 3 seconds.
