Why is the display console dim on my Life Fitness Elliptical Trainer?

If the display console on your Life Fitness Elliptical Trainer is dim, it could be due to a faulty display console or alternator control board. Verify the voltages at the display console connections and connections between the display console and alternator control board. Try substituting working components to identify the issue. A worn overlay bezel assembly can also cause this; perform a keypad test and replace the display console if needed.
