Overview

The Lifepro DynaFlex is a percussion massage gun designed for active recovery, muscle relief, and enhanced athletic performance. It is part of the SoarFX active recovery collection, created by athletes Abe and Joel to provide effective fitness gear with built-in support and a lifetime warranty. The DynaFlex aims to address the common issues of muscle soreness, injury recovery, and overall physical well-being through percussive therapy.

Function Description:

The DynaFlex utilizes high-frequency vibration technology to penetrate deeply into muscles and fascia, targeting areas that are difficult to reach with manual massage. This percussive action helps to loosen tight muscles, increase blood flow, and reduce inflammation. It is suitable for use both pre-workout to enhance performance and post-workout to speed up recovery. The device is designed to be an indispensable part of sports performance training for a wide range of individuals, from professional athletes to weightlifters and endurance athletes.

Usage Features:

The DynaFlex offers a highly customizable massage experience with sixteen massage speeds and ten interchangeable massage attachments. This variety allows users to select the appropriate intensity and attachment for their specific massage needs and target different muscle groups.

  • Increased Workout Effectiveness: Regular use can reduce muscle soreness, speed up recovery, prevent injury, and improve muscle flexibility and overall performance.
  • Injury Recovery: It aids in decreasing pain and inflammation, breaking down scar tissue, and loosening stiff joints.
  • Pain Relief: The device helps to loosen knots, trigger points, and tightness in muscles and fascia, boost circulation, and manage chronic pain conditions such as tendinitis, bursitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
  • Immune System Boost: Benefits include improved sleep, reduced stress, increased serotonin, and decreased cortisol.

The DynaFlex is highly portable, making it convenient for use at home or on the go. The high-capacity lithium-ion battery provides 4-5 hours of use-time per charge at high speed and up to 25 hours at low speed.

Operating Instructions:

  • Charging: Before first use, the battery should be fully charged, which typically takes 3-5 hours. The device can be charged with the battery attached or separately. Three battery charging lights on the handle indicate charging status, turning green and remaining lit when fully charged. Four battery indicator lights on the LCD screen show the current battery level during use.
  • Assembly: To use, ensure the DynaFlex is fully charged and powered off. Select the desired massage attachment and firmly insert its stem into the nozzle of the DynaFlex.
  • Powering On/Off and Speed Adjustment: Press the LCD screen for one second to wake it up. Then, press and hold the Power/Speed button for 3 seconds to power on the device; vibration will automatically begin at speed level 1. The 16 speed indicator lights will show the selected speed level. Tap the Power/Speed button to toggle through the 16 vibration speed levels one level at a time, or press and hold to quickly increase/decrease speed. To power off, press and hold the Power/Speed button for 3 seconds. Always power off the unit after each use.
  • Application: Move the DynaFlex over the desired muscle groups for about 60 seconds per region. Apply pressure as needed, but avoid pressing too hard, as the vibrations do most of the work. Use the DynaFlex for 15-20 minutes, up to 3 times per day, but do not use continuously for more than 30 minutes. Avoid keeping the massage head in one area for more than 3 minutes to prevent tissue trauma. Use only on dry, clean clothing or skin, preferably over form-fitting athletic wear.
  • Removing/Replacing Attachments: To remove an attachment, power off the unit, then firmly pull out the inserted attachment. To replace, insert the stem of a new attachment into the nozzle and press firmly to secure.
  • Removing the Battery: Press and hold the Battery Release button on the side of the DynaFlex, then firmly pull down the battery/handle to remove it.
  • Rotating the Massage Arm: Press and hold the Arm Rotation button while pushing the massage arm up. The arm can rotate to four angles: 0°, 30°, 60°, and 90°.

Maintenance Features:

  • Cleaning: Turn off, unplug, and allow the DynaFlex to cool before cleaning. Wipe down the unit with a soft cloth after each use. Do not use abrasive, solvent, or chemical cleaners, and never allow water or other liquids to come into contact with the unit.
  • Storage: For storage, remove the battery, place the unit and battery in the carrying case, and store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight. Do not store other objects on top of the unit. If storing long-term, charge the battery every 6 months to prevent damage.
  • Travel: For travel, remove the battery and secure the unit and battery in the carrying case. Protect the unit from rolling, dropping, collision with other objects, and violent vibrations.
  • General Care: Do not remove screws or attempt to disassemble the unit. Keep ventilation ports free from dust and debris. Never drag or hang the DynaFlex by its charging cable.

Safety Notes:

  • Always inspect the device, battery, and charging adapter for damage before each use. Do not use if damaged, malfunctioning, or exposed to water.
  • The DynaFlex is not waterproof; do not immerse it in water or use it in wet/damp places.
  • Keep the DynaFlex away from flammable or explosive items, chemicals, open flame, and heat sources.
  • Do not operate under a blanket or pillow to avoid excessive heat.
  • Consult a medical professional before use if you have certain medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, epilepsy, migraines, pacemaker, recent surgery, pregnancy).
  • Do not use if injured, directly on swollen/inflamed skin, or open wounds.
  • Stop use immediately if you feel discomfort, pain, or shortness of breath.
  • Children and adults with diminished capacity should only use the DynaFlex under close supervision.
  • Keep pets away from the device.
  • Use only on soft tissues; avoid the head or other bony regions, and sensitive areas like the throat, eyes, ears, teeth, heart, reproductive organs, or breast augmentations.
  • Check treated areas frequently and stop at the first sign of pain or discomfort. Bruising can occur regardless of speed level.
  • Keep hair, fingers, and other body parts away from the stem of the massage attachment to prevent pinching.
  • Do not touch the nozzle of the massage gun or use the unit without a massage head installed.
