INSTALLING A FILTER
1. Place a filter into the threaded neck of
the cup as shown.
NOTE: For hygiene purposes, replace
the filter about every 30 uses or every
month, whichever comes first. You may
replace it sooner if it is soiled or damp, or
if the suction feels weak. Filters are not
reusable or washable.
INSTALLING A CUP
1. Make sure the power is off.
2. Screw the threaded end of the
cup clockwise into the base of
the cupping device. Screw in
clockwise
USING THE RELIEVACUP
1. Install a cup.
2. Press and hold the On/Off
button for 3 seconds to turn
on the device. The LEDs light
up.
3. Red light, low heat, Mode 1,
and low massage intensity
are on by default. Use the
buttons on the control panel
to adjust the settings if desired. The default working time
of 20 minutes cannot be adjusted.
4. Press the Heat button to change the heat setting to
medium, high, or off. The default is low heat.
5. Press the Mode button to change the mode, from 1–3, if
desired. See CHOOSING A SUCTION MODE below.
6. Press the Massage button to change the massage
intensity to medium or high. Low is selected by default.
7. Press the RelievaCup to your skin, making sure that the
cup creates an airtight seal all the way around.
8. You may slide the RelievaCup over the treatment area if
desired.
9. Press the On/Off button at any time to release the
suction. Press again to resume suction.
10. Press and hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds to end
the session at any time. The RelievaCup will automatically
shut down when the 20-minute working time ends.
11. Always power off and unplug the device after each use.
12. Allow the device to completely cool down before storing
or cleaning.
WARNING: Do not look into the RelievaCup opening. Avoid
direct eye contact with the LEDs. Never disassemble the
device.
CHOOSING A SUCTION MODE
Mode 1 provides continuous suction. This default mode
engages suction the entire time. Use this during slide
cupping, when dragging the cup over the treatment area.
Mode 2 provides slow alternating suction. This gentle,
pulsating mode is good for relaxation. It slowly releases the
pressure and then starts over.
Mode 3 provides quick alternating suction. This pulsating
massage mode uses quick suction and quick release.
