HRC2 represents Intermittent heart rate mode
Use “UP”, “DOWN” buttons to select the HRC section, use “LEFT”, “RIGHT” buttons to
select the exercise type or set the parameters. After completing the settings, press “QUICK START”
button to run the treadmill.
The user can choose HRC1 or HRC2; HRC1 is divided into speed mode and incline mode, so does HRC2.
HRC1 judgment: Press START button, initiate the operation and enter the warm-up stage of exercise mode after a
3 second countdown.
The incline reaches to level 5 and the speed reaches to 3.0km/h, the warm-up phase is three minutes.
The heart rate value is judged after completion of the warm-up stage.
The warm-up phase is 3 minutes, excluding movement time and countdown time.
When the warm-up phase is over, the incline reaches to level 0 and the speed reaches to 4 km/h.
In HRC mode, when the user chooses incline mode, if the user’s heart rate value detected by the electronic meter is
less than the target heart rate value, the incline level will be increased by 1% per 10 seconds firstly until the
maximum incline level is reached, then the speed will be increased by 0.5 km per 10 seconds until the maximum
speed is reached.
When the user’s heart rate value detected by the electronic meter is greater than the target heart rate value, the
incline level will be decreased by 1% per 10 seconds until the minimum incline level is reached, then the speed will
be decreased by 0.5 km per 10 seconds until the lowest speed is reached. (if speed mode is selected, then the
speed changes firstly and then incline changes).
The incline and speed do not change if the heart rate value detected by the electronic meter is within the range of
±1 of the target heart rate value.
HRC2 judgment: Press START button, initiate the operation and enter the warm-up stage of exercise mode after a
3 second countdown.
In HRC mode, when the user chooses speed mode, if the user’s heart rate value detected by the electronic meter is
less than the target heart rate value, the speed will be increased by 0.5 km per 10 seconds until the maximum
speed is reached, then the incline will be increased by 1% per 10 seconds until the maximum incline level is
reached.
It will last for 2 minutes after the heart rate value reaches the "maximum target heart value".
When the user’s heart rate value detected by the electronic meter reaches the maximum target heart value and
maintains for 2 minutes, the speed begins to decrease by 0.5 km per 10 seconds until it reaches the lowest speed,
then the incline begins to decrease by 1% per 10 seconds until it reaches the minimum incline level.
It will remain for 2 minutes when the heart rate value reaches the "minimum target heart rate value".
When the user’s heart rate value detected by the electronic meter reaches the minimum target heart value and
maintains for 2 minutes, the speed begins to increase by 0.5 km per 10 seconds until it reaches the highest speed,
then the incline begins to increase by 1% per 10 seconds until it reaches the maximum incline level.(if incline mode
is selected, then the incline changes firstly and then speed changes).
The incline and speed do not change if the heart rate value detected by the electronic meter is within the range of
±1 of the target heart rate value.
When running on the treadmill, press speed + or speed - buttons on the keypad, the speed of the display interface
will change accordingly; in this function, the incline value is default or preset, the user can adjust it by pressing
incline + or incline- buttons on the keypad, the incline value of the display interface will change accordingly.
