If air doesn't flow, the main gas solenoid assembly/pressure sensor may be faulty and needs checking or replacing, or the control board may be faulty. Remove the torch handles (or barrel) and examine all connections. Check for proper trigger switch operation, replacing the trigger switch or torch cable if defective. A faulty control board is another possibility.
