Thread lm from top mandrel
down under top idler bar and over
top laminating roller surface as
shown (ensure lm is loaded with
adhesive side up)
Load lm onto bottom mandrel in
the same fashion as with the top
mandrel, remove bottom mandrel as
shown
Load bottom lm around roller bar
as shown
Bring top lm down under idler bar
and web the lms together as shown
overlapping the top & bottom lm by
several inches
Move bottom stabilizer bar forward
to assist lm loading
NOTE: Ensure stabilizer bar is
relocated in the back position when
loaded
