  To troubleshoot a faulty mattress platform height/tilt adjustment on your LINET Medical Equipment: * First, check for any obstacles on the undercarriage cover and remove them. * If there are no obstacles, ensure the function is enabled on the Additional Supervisor Panel. * Check the mains connection. If actuators have no power, are defective, or the battery is defective, notify the service department. * Also, verify that the Mains Plug is correctly inserted. * If the power source or control element is faulty, notify the service department.
