Position Step Assembly in Doorframe

Place the SolidStep assembly inside the doorframe in the down position and ensure proper alignment and leveling.

Adjust Step Transport Lock Mechanism

Adjust the transport lock mechanism to ensure proper engagement and prevent scraping against the doorframe.

Attach Hinge Plate to Trailer Floor

Secure the hinge plate to the trailer floor using appropriate fasteners for wood or laminate flooring.

Operating the SolidStep

Extend SolidStep

Disengage the transport lock and pull the step assembly out to rest firmly on the ground.

Store SolidStep

Lift the SolidStep to its stored position and ensure the transport lock is engaged.
