A short circuit in the machinery output or a ground fault in the output circuit could also cause the DC bus capacitor to overcharge. Additionally, electrical signal interference might be causing the drive to malfunction. To address this, consider installing a DC link choke, inspect the motor power cable, relay terminals, and motor terminal box. Correct any grounding shorts and reapply power. You may also need to check the solutions for interference suppression, focusing on the control circuit lines.
