Navigation Menu (For VHS Tape)
During VHS tape playback, press [NAVI.] to display the Navigation
menu. Press [] [] [] [] to move the highlight around and
press [ENTER] for confirmation.
Notes:
Pressing [] takes you to the next level of menu. Pressing []at
the main level of menu closes the Navigation menu.
CM SKIP
Select “CM Skip” and press [ENTER] to fast-forward the playback
by 30 seconds.
SLOW MOTION
Plays back the recorded session in slow motion (at -1/4x speed).
Press [PLAY] to resume normal playback.
INDEX SEARCH+
INDEX SEARCH-
This unit automatically records special index signals on the tape
every time a recording starts. The index search function makes use
of these index signals to let you find the beginning of a desired
program quickly and easily.
When “Index Search +” is selected, the unit will start searching for
the next index mark.
When “Index Search -” is selected, the unit will start searching for
the previous index mark.
ZERO RETURN
The VHS is rewinded to where the counter shows “00:00:00”
COUNTER SET
Sets the tape counter to “00:00:00” where you select “Counter Set.”
AUTO TRACK
The automatic track function adjusts the picture to remove snow or
streaks. It works in the following cases:
1. When a tape is played for the first time.
2. When the tape speed (SP, EP) changes.
3. When streaks or snow appear because of scratches on the
tape.
AUDIO
Sets tape audio to Hi Fi, Left, Right or Mono.
To exit the Navigation menu
Press [NAVI.] again or [] to exit the Navigation menu.
