Auto Cooking
This feature allows you to cook most of your food based on the food category and weight.
Select the category and choose the weight of your food. For quick reference of the cooking time
and the weight, please refer to the auto-cook menu table on the following page.
Auto-cook Menu
For instance: If you want to cook 2 pieces of
potato, please follow the steps below.
1. Press the Potato button repeatedly to select
the weight option of your food. Please refer
to the auto-cook menu table for more
information.
2. Press the START/+30SEC. button to confirm
and start cooking.
3. Press the STOP/Cancel button to pause the
cooking. Press the STOP/Cancel button to
cancel the setting.
Meat Menu
For instance: If you want to cook 700g of beef,
please follow the steps below.
4. Press the Meat button repeatedly to select
the meat menu programme required. Press
once for chicken, twice for beef and 3
times for pork. For example, press the Meat
button twice to select beef. The LED will
show “BEEF”.
5. Press the START/+30SEC. button to confirm.
The LED will show the weight “300”.
6. Press the Meat button again repeatedly
to select the weight for your chosen
programme. Please refer to the auto menu
table for information. For example, press the
Meat button 3 times. The LED display shows
“700”.
7. Press the START/+30SEC. button to confirm
and start cooking.
8. Press the STOP/Cancel button to pause the
cooking. Press the STOP/Cancel button to
cancel the setting.

When using the auto-cook menu, it is
not necessary to programme the time
or cooking power. Indicating the food
type and weight is sufficient. For some
food, you may need to turn it over
during cooking to ensure it is thoroughly
cooked and browns evenly.
