The BT100-1F Longer Peristaltic Pump is a versatile and user-friendly device designed for precise fluid transfer and dispensing applications. It combines a 128x32 LCD display with a membrane keypad and a rotary coded switch for easy and prompt operation. The pump's speed can be adjusted manually or automatically through its external control interface.

Function Description:

The BT100-1F pump offers two primary working modes: Flowrate and Dispensing.

  • Flowrate Mode: In this mode, the pump delivers fluid at a set flow rate. The flow rate can be adjusted by turning the knob, and the current flow rate and speed are displayed on the LCD. The pump's running direction (clockwise or counter-clockwise) can also be changed.
  • Dispensing Mode: This mode allows for precise dispensing of specific volumes. Users can set the dispensing volume, the number of copies (total filling number), and the pause time between dispenses. The pump also features a "Back Suction" function to prevent liquid dripping after filling, which helps maintain accuracy.

The pump includes several control and setting features:

  • System Setting: This allows users to configure the pump head and tubing, enable or disable external control, and set the pump's RS485 address for multi-pump control.
  • Control Mode: Users can switch between Flowrate and Dispensing modes.
  • Dispensing Setting: Parameters such as dispensing volume, copy number, flow rate, and pause time can be set before a dispensing process.
  • Calibration: Both flow rate and dispensing volume can be calibrated to ensure high accuracy, especially when the pump's performance is outside the desired tolerance.
  • Prime Function: The pump can run at full speed for quick emptying, filling, and rinsing operations.
  • Memory Function: The pump automatically stores all running information.

  • Easy Operation: The combination of an LCD display, membrane keypad, and rotary coded switch ensures straightforward and quick operation.

Thick wall tubing is preferred for longer service life.
  • Footswitch Function: An optional footswitch can be connected to control the pump's Start/Stop function, offering "Trigger" (press to start, press again to stop) or "Gated" (runs as long as pressed) modes. When a footswitch is connected, the Start/Stop key on the operating panel is disabled.
  • External Control: The pump can be integrated into a larger control system via RS485 serial communication or analog/pulse signal inputs, allowing for automated control of speed, direction, and Start/Stop functions.
  • Calibration for Accuracy: The ability to calibrate both flow rate and dispensing volume ensures high precision for various applications.

Maintenance Features:

  • Tubing Care: It is recommended to release the tubing from pressure when the pump is idle to prolong its service life.
