  If your Looxcie Camcorder is paired but the mobile app doesn't recognize it, try these steps: First, ensure your camera is powered on. Then, in the mobile app, swipe right to access the Menu screen, tap 'PAIR WITH CAMERA', choose 'Looxcie 3', and tap 'OK'. Select your device from the displayed camera list and allow up to 30 seconds for the connection. If this doesn't work, go to your smartphone's WiFi settings, select your 'Looxcie 3', connect, and return to the Looxcie app.

Why is my Looxcie LX2 behaving erratically?

  If your Looxcie Camcorder is behaving erratically, it might be due to a low battery or an interrupted firmware update. You can reboot your camera to restore it without losing recorded content. To do this, connect the camera to your computer, then press and hold the Record, Call, and Instant Clip buttons simultaneously for two seconds. If the reboot is successful, the green LED will light up brightly for 3 seconds.

  If you're unable to record because your Looxcie Camcorder is full, connect it to your computer. Use the LooxcieDesktop utility to transfer your clips from the camera to your computer, then delete them from the camera. If you're a Mac user, make sure to delete all files, including the .trash directory, on the camera.
