Troubleshooting
Common reasons for the pump to stop unex-
pectedly, not to start or too little water:
Solar modules
There is not enough irradiation.
The PV modules are dirty, shaded or not
facing towards the sun.
Controller/wiring
The red light is permanently on because
input A1 or A2 has been triggered. The red
light may indicate dry run (related to input
A1) in which case it will restart after 15 min.
The issue could also be related to accesso-
ries or missing jumper cables.
The plugs are wet or have not been inserted
properly.
The controller is too hot and needs to cool
down.
Pump/hose
There is not enough water available, the
pump is running dry.
The pump is clogged with mud or sand.
The hose or pipe is blocked, twisted or
kinked.
The water temperature is too high.
