3. Next, install the hard drive. This step depends on if you are installing a 3.5” or 2.5” hard
drive.
If you are installing a 3.5” hard drive:
3.1. Attach the two plastic hard drive brackets to either side of the 3.5” hard drive.
3.2. Place the hard drive in the DVR. Slide the hard drive gently forward to insert the
hard drive SATA ports into the DVR SATA connector.

3.3. Secure the hard drive mounting brackets to the DVR housing using the 4
screws.
