What to do if my Lorex LH030 ECO BLACKBOX3 is not powering on?

  If your Lorex DVR isn't powering up, there are several things to check: * Make sure all power cables are securely connected, including at the back of the unit. * If your model has a power switch, ensure it is in the ON (I) position. * Confirm the system is powered on by checking for lit LED indicators on the front. * If connected to a power bar or surge protector, try plugging directly into a wall outlet. * Test the outlet by plugging in another device or trying a different outlet.

Why is my Lorex DVR remote control not working?

  If the remote control isn't working with your Lorex DVR, the most common cause is the batteries. Try installing two fresh AAA alkaline batteries in the remote control.
