15.4.4 Reset Password by LTS Connect
Before You Start
Ensure your device has enabled LTS Connect, and bound with a registered LTS Connect account.
Steps
1. On the user login interface, click Forgot Password.
2. On the password reset type interface, select Verify by LTS Connect.
3. Log in to LTS Connect app with the account that has bound with your device.
4. Use LTS Connect to scan the QR code. Thereafter, you will have a verification code from LTS
Connect.
5. Enter the verification code.
6. Click OK.
