What to do if the Lukas HT 90 Door Opening System cylinder does not extend?

If the Lukas Door Opening System cylinder doesn't extend, extends too slowly, or stops while extending, it could be due to several reasons: * The hydraulic fluid level in the hand pump might be insufficient, in which case you should refill it. * The pressure relief valve on the hand pump might be open; ensure it is closed. * A loose hydraulic coupling could be the cause; tighten it. * Air might be present in the hydraulic system; vent the system according to section 6.1. * The cylinder piston may be jammed, in which case you should have the damage repaired by an authorized dealer, by personnel specially trained by LUKAS, or by LUKAS itself.
