The compatibility of the pump tube for the medium in
question must be checked with the aid of a resistance
table (e.g. Lutz resistance table) and the
of materials.
When cleaning the pump, ensure that all parts in con-
tact with the cleaning agent are also compatible with it!
The temperature of the medium must not exceed the
values specied in .
The three-phase drives are connected with the pump by
means of a quick fastener.
Inside of the fastening screw threads of the motors
are pre-mounted for this purpose two positioning pins
and two locking screws
.
Before assembly the jaw-type coupling must be
adjusted at the motor- and pump-side
.
Attach the motor onto the pump . The both locking
screws here must be in accordance with the large bores
at the ange of the pump .
After a clockwise turning of the motor at block position
the both locking screws can be
tightened .
The motor is mounted on the pump tube. The motor
must be turned slightly to ensure that the driver engag-
es correctly in the coupling of the pump tube. The mo-
tor and pump tube are then rmly connected by means
of the handwheel (right-hand thread) .

The electrical connection may only be carried out
by trained qualied personnel. Following regula-
tions must be observed:
- All works must only be carried out in voltage-free
condition of the motor.
If available, set the protection switch mounted to OFF.
- Mains voltage and frequency are as specied on the
rating plate .
- Dimension of the connecting cable must be adjusted
to the nominal current.
- The insulation of the connecting cable must be ad-
justed to the environmental conditions.
The motor must rotate in the direction indicated by the
arrow on the adapter. Reverse the motor connections if
necessary .
Default setting:
„Start“ button starts the pump
„Stop“ button stops the pump
„ “ button (reverse rotating direction) without
function
Button I activates mode I: „Pumping“
Button II activates mode II: „Emptying“
„Reset“ button resets the pump in the case of malfunction
