NOTE: Maximum thickness of enclosure’s material is 19 mm
when securing with Front Mount Brackets.
Securing with Side Skirt Bolts
We advice this way of securing when the enclosure’s material is
sheet metal or any other material with a thickness between 1 and
3 mm. Use the free M3 holes in the side skirts of your LUVOX
device to secure the device.
This way of mounting is possible for any material thickness but
the standard M3x6 screws will appear to short. Please, be careful
when selecting longer screws to install the device in materials
thicker then 3 mm. The holes in the side skirts are 5 mm in
depth. Make sure you do not use screws that exceed this
insertion because this will indicate as permanent bumps in the
front of the device.
CAD drawings for each cutout are available on request.
We can also assist customers with the creation of perfect
apertures in (stainless) steel parts (and other materials) like
doors and enclosures. This is done with CNC cutting devices as
laser- and water jet.
