Microsoft Windows Certificate of Authenticity (COA)
This Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is a label to help you
identify the genuine Microsoft
®
Windows
®
software. Without it,
you will not have a legal license to run the Windows software on
the device. It is a visual identifier that assists in determining
whether your Microsoft software is genuine.

LUVOX Service Information
A LUVOX device contains no user serviceable parts inside. Please
contact our RMA department or use our online RMA tool if you
need any information or help with LUVOX product service.

Warranty period is standard 1 year from date of purchase for all
LUVOX devices sold before 31/12/2009. This warranty period is
extended to 3 years standard from date of purchase for all LUVOX
devices sold after 01/01/2010.
Warranty is only valid when the device is judged to be defective by
reason of improper workmanship and/or materials. In this case any
defective part of the device shall be repaired or replaced without
charge for the part(s) and labor expense within the warranty
period.
Warranty is not valid in case of reasonable technical judgment
determining the defect caused by prevalent wear and tear or any
abuse, misuse, neglect or accidental damage.
A device carried in for RMA without any valid product label, will
not
be serviced under warranty.
