Prompter App. The App runs on smart-
phones and tablets of all types, and is
available for free in the Apple Store and
Google Play. Backing Tracks in M-Live
MTA8 format available at www.songser-www.songser-

tain the information of Lyrics and Chords.

Text writing on a Daw capable of editing
Meta Midi Events. Meta Events type 05
Lyrics are created, and each meta event
contains one line of text that cannot ex-
ceed 40 characters (including spaces).
Some DAWs will need for each end of line
a symbol to determine that it is necessary
to start a new line, so write this symbol "|"
(pipe) at the end of the line.
Special characters, accented charac-
ters or international characters are not
allowed. The maximum number of Meta
Events (lines) allowed is 500 per song.
To facilitate the writing of text, a specific
program that can write text in Standard
midi Lyric format can be used.
The midi file containing the lyrics can be
uploaded to B.Beat along with the related
audio project, obviously the lyrics must be
written so that the text strings are syn-
chronized to the music. To load the Midi
File use the usual procedures via B.Beat
Manager. You can load the Midi File along
with the Audio project or you can add the
Midi track as Extra content. The same
Midi File can also contain the chords of
the song.

Chords are written to a Daw capable of
editing Meta Midi Events. Meta Events
type 01 Lyrics are created, and each meta
event contains a chord. Chords should be
written in international notation following
the table below. In this way the chords
can also be displayed by Tabs for Guitars
and Keyboard. The maximum number of
Meta Events (chords) allowed is 1.000
per song.
Chords must have the following formula:
[Root note] [variation]/[bass] if any.
For example if the chord is C M7 the [root
note] is C and the [Variation] is M7.
So our C chord M7 will be written CM7
