4.3.3 Replacement of the counterlungs
The counterlungs may be replaced in case of damage. Leaks, Torn... We advise to replace
counterlungs every 2 years.
4.3.4 Maintenance of the DSV
The DSV must be rinsed with fresh water after each dive.
To unset and re-grease the DSV:
• Open the mouth piece
• Loosen the SS hose clamp (jubilee clamp) of the breathing hose
• pull off the hoses of the DSV
• take off carefully the valve seat on each side
• compress and remove the snap rings from the spool using a snap ring plier
