Bypassing the engine's safety switch-off
The engine is automatically shut off after 30 seconds, if on the
combination display instrument either
z the warning light “Motor oil pressure” is on,
z the coolant-liquid level light is on, or
z the pointer on the engine-coolant temperature display is at
the far right.
CAUTION!
Material damage!
Bypassing the safety switch-off can lead to serious
engine damage.
X Bypass the safety switch-off only in order to move
the MT out of the danger zone in the case of an
emergency.
The safety switch-off can be bypassed for leaving the danger
zone.
