The appliance operates on propane gas and requires a 12V DC electrical connection for ignition and lighting.

Usage Features:
The range oven includes a glass cover, grill, burners, backlight, oven control knob, ignition knob, top burner control knobs, and an oven door.
- Top Burner Operation:
- Can be lit using either match lighting or electronic ignition.
- For match lighting, turn the burner knob to LITE, then immediately place a burning match or butane lighter near the burner ports.
- For electronic ignition, turn the burner knob to LITE and repeatedly turn the ignition knob clockwise until the burner lights.
- Flame size can be adjusted by turning the burner control knob.
- Always ensure the top cover is open when the main burner is in operation.
- Avoid using oversized cookware or leaving empty utensils on hot burners to prevent damage.
- Oven Operation:
- Can be lit using either match lighting or electronic ignition.
- For match lighting, open the oven door, push and turn the oven control knob to LITE, then place a burning match or lighter near the oven burner ports. Hold the knob for 5 seconds after the pilot lights.
- For electronic ignition, open the oven door, push and turn the oven control knob to LITE, and repeatedly rotate the ignition button clockwise until the burner lights. Hold the knob for 5 seconds after the pilot lights.
- The oven pilot is factory set and requires no further adjustment.
- To turn off, rotate the oven control knob clockwise to the OFF position.
- Safety Features:
- An anti-tip device must be installed to prevent the appliance from tipping.
- Gas leak checks are mandatory before operation, using a leak detection solution (soapy water) and never an open flame.
- The appliance must be electrically grounded.
- Warnings against storing flammable materials in or on the appliance.

- Do not use oven cleaners, bleach, or rust removers on the cooktop or burner grates.
- Use warm soapy water for cleaning burner grates, cooktops, painted surfaces, porcelain surfaces, stainless steel surfaces, and plastic items.
- Avoid steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or acid-type cleaners (e.g., chlorine bleach) on cooktop or grate systems.
- Wipe up spills containing acids (lemon, tomato juice, vinegar) immediately from porcelain or painted surfaces.
- Allow warm porcelain surfaces to cool before cleaning to prevent cracking.
- Clean exhaust fan ventilation hoods and grease filters regularly.
- Exercise care when cleaning around electrodes to prevent damage.
- Storage:
- For long-term storage, dry all surfaces and the burner box, then spray surfaces with an oil-based substance to preserve them from rust. Wipe off the oil coating before reuse.
- Troubleshooting:
- The manual provides a troubleshooting guide for common issues like burners not lighting, flames burning halfway around, or orange flames, offering possible causes and solutions (e.g., checking knob position, gas supply, cleaning ports, replacing batteries, drying burners).
