IMPORTANT FOR THE 3016

3616: Make sure to
thread the hoses through the hook on the hydraulic
hosesupportandthehookonthefronthitchbracket
asdonepreviouslywiththehosesforthehydrauliclift
system.
IMPORTANT FOR THE 1500series
-
1626 : Make
suretothreadthehosesthroughthefrontbumperto
avoid any contact with the exhaust system. Hold in
placewiththetwohook
-
itcableties.
IMPORTANT FOR THE 2638:Makesuretothread
the hoses behind the front loader bracket (see
picture).
IMPORTANT: Twistsinthehydraulichoseswillwear
them out prematurely. If the quick couplers are not
wellaligned,slightlyloosenthefitting(item3)inorder
torotatethefemalequickcoupler(item4).
Lubricatethe threads with hydraulicfluid andtighten
thejointat25lb.ft.
ATTENTION: Over tightening is one of the greatest
causeforoilleaks.
Testthehydrauliccontrolsinordertomakesurethat
theycoordinatewiththemovementoftheaccessory.
Iftheydonotmatch,reconnectthehosesintheright
order.
