Servicing operations carried out on electric installations
must be performed by persons qualified to do this kind of
work (see SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS section).

 Torche défectueuse  changer la torche
 shunter les fils 4 et 5 du connecteur J1
si fonctionnement OK  changer
l'embase de torche
 Defective torch  change the torch
 shunt wires 4 and 5 of J1connector
if operation OK
 change the torch

 si non  vérifier la connectique
 Connection

 check connections
 Carte électronique
 si non  changer le CI

PAS DE TENSION A VIDE QUAND ON APPUIE SUR LA GACHETTE
+ VOYANT DEFAUT ETEINT
ABSENCE OF NO-LOAD VOLTAGE WHEN PRESSING THE TRIGGER
+ DEFECT LIGHT OFF
 Contacteur  se mettre en mode 2T puis appuyer
sur la gâchette
vérifier que le contacteur s'enclenche
 Contactor  operating on 2T, scheck, by
pressing the trigger, that the
contactor is activated
 Transformateur  vérifier les tensions à la sortie du
contacteur
 appuyer sur la gâchette et vérifier
les tensions (AC) sur les câbles : 10
et 20 / 20 et 30 / 10 et 30
 Transformer  check voltages on contactor output
 press trigger and check voltages
(AC) on wires : 10 and 20 / 20 and
30 / 10 and 30
 Pont redresseur  vérifier les tensions à la sortie du pont  Rectifier bridge  check voltage on bridge output
 Carte électronique  changer le CI  Electronic card  otherwise, change the card
PAS DE TENSION A VIDE + PAS DE DEVIDAGE EN APPUYANT SUR LA
GACHETTE + VOYANT DEFAUT ALLUME
ABSENCE OF NO-LOAD VOLTAGE + NO WIRE-FEED WHEN PRESSING THE
TRIGGER + DEFECT LIGHT ON
 Poste en surcharge  laisser refroidir plusieurs minutes
jusqu'à ce que le voyant s'éteigne
 Overload voltage  let the power source cooling till light
goes off
 Sécurité thermique (TH1/TH2)  shunter les sécurités thermiques :
 si le voyant s'éteint, changer
TH1/TH2
 Thermal safety (TH1/TH2)  shunt thermal safeties :
 if the light goes off, change
the TH1/TH2
 Carte électronique  sinon changer le CI  Electronic card  otherwise, change the card
