5. Place the cuvette lid on to the cuvette and place into the SV cell. Datum/location
points in the corners of the cuvette holder aid correct insertion. The spout on the
top of the cuvette must face the front of the cell once inserted.
6. Secure with the cuvette clamps make sure both clamps are fully in place after
the cuvette is loaded into the SV cell. Failure to secure the clamps may cause align-
ment and measurement problems.
7. The stirrer bar will attach to the stirrer motor.
8. Press the speed dial to turn the SV cell on to test that the SV operates correctly.
The stirrer bar should spin.
