are in the correct orientation. Also, make sure that the
level and vent plugs in the cover are properly oriented.
Install eight capscrews (Item 9) and torque them to
specification (see “Fasteners And Torque Values” on
page 1-7 of this manual).
16. Install a new o-ring (Item 7-5) on the face of the motor
and re-install the motor/counterbalance valve assembly.
Install four capscrews (Item 9) and torque them to
specification (see “Fasteners And Torque Values” on
page 1-7 of this manual).
17. Reconnect the tubing (Item 22) to the brake housing
(Item 21).
18. Fill both the gearbox and the brake section with the
proper amount and type of lubricants as instructed in the
Recommended Oil (see “Hoist Brake Oil” on page 8-7)
of this manual.
