Step 12 Use 1/2 of the sanitizer/water solution to
sanitize all foodzone surfaces of the ice machine and
bin (or dispenser). Use a spray bottle to liberally apply
the solution. When sanitizing, pay particular attention
to the following areas:
• Side walls
• Base (area above water trough)
• Evaporator plastic parts - including top, bottom and
sides
• Bin or dispenser
Do not rinse the sanitized areas.
Step 13 Replace all removed components.
Step 14 Wait 30 minutes.
