Why is my Manitowoc Sotto UG-40 running but not making ice?

If your Manitowoc Ice Maker runs but doesn't produce ice, there could be several reasons: * Check that the unit has a water supply. * Ensure the water sump overflow tube is correctly positioned. * If the thermistor is faulty, replace it. * If none of these steps work, the control board could be the problem, and you may need to call for service.
