This document describes the Marea Smart Bracelet B57002, a high-performance wrist-band smart bracelet designed to provide an intimate fitness experience.
Function Description
The smart bracelet offers a wide range of functions to monitor fitness, health, and provide convenient smart features:
Fitness Tracking:
- Step Counting, Distance, and Calorie Tracking: The bracelet automatically counts steps, distance, and calories when worn on the wrist. The step-counting interface displays the current steps.
- Sport Modes: The device supports seven different sport modes: walking, running, cycling, rope skipping, badminton, basketball, football, and swimming. Users can enter a sport mode by holding the touch button for two seconds. During a sport, parameters are recorded, and the user can pause, exit, or return by holding the touch key for two seconds.
Health Monitoring:
- Sleep Monitoring: The smart bracelet automatically determines sleep states (deep sleep and shallow sleep) at night, recording and summarizing sleep time. It helps users monitor sleep quality by measuring the range and frequency of wrist movements during sleep. Note that sleep monitoring data is for reference only, as sleep habits vary among individuals.
- Heart Rate Measurement: By holding the touch area for two seconds, the bracelet begins real-time heart rate measurement. After one minute, it automatically stops, records the last value, and feeds it back to the main interface. It distinguishes between high and low heart rates based on the last measured value.
- Important Notes for Heart Rate Measurement: The sensor must be closely attached to the skin. Loose attachment can lead to inaccurate measurements. Avoid staring at the green sensor light. Users should remain still during measurement for accurate results. If there's a significant difference in data, measure after a rest, and an average of five consecutive measurements is more accurate. Heart rate can vary with activities like speaking, dining, and drinking. Ensure no dirt is on the sensor. Skin color, hair density, tattoos, and scars may affect accuracy, requiring re-measurement.
- Blood Pressure Measurement: Users can switch to the blood pressure measurement interface by clicking the touch area. Holding the interface for two seconds initiates "in measurement" mode. After measurement, the motor vibrates, and the current test data is displayed.
- Recommendations for Blood Pressure Measurement: Measure in a quiet place with appropriate temperature. Rest for at least 5 minutes before measurement to avoid tension, anxiety, and emotional excitement. Measure three times, with two minutes between each measurement, and record the average of the three readings.
- Blood Oxygen Measurement (SpO2): Similar to blood pressure, users can switch to the blood oxygen measurement interface. Holding it for two seconds starts "in measurement." After measurement, the motor vibrates, and the current data is displayed. Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) represents the percentage of oxygen-bound hemoglobin in the blood.
- Note: Blood pressure and oxygen data are for reference only and should not be used as a basis for medical diagnoses or treatments.
Smart Features:
- Time and Date Synchronization: Upon pairing with the APP, the bracelet synchronizes time, date, steps, and calorie symbols from the phone.
- Weather Information: The weather page displays current weather, air quality, and tomorrow's weather. This information is updated when connected to the APP; prolonged disconnection will prevent updates.
- Message Notifications: When switching to the information interface, users can view message content by holding the touch area for two seconds, then switch to the next message by clicking the touch area. It displays information pushed by SMS and chat software. Up to five messages can be saved, with new messages replacing older ones if the limit is reached. Users can delete a single message by holding the touch area for two seconds on the information content interface.
- Music Control: When connected to a mobile phone, the smart bracelet can control the phone's music player, allowing users to play/pause, skip to the last song, or go to the next song.
- Photo Control (Remote Shutter): Connected to the mobile phone, the bracelet can act as a remote control for the camera. After enabling "Photo Control" in the APP, users can "Shake" the smart bracelet or hold the touch button to take photos.
Settings and Utilities:
- Brightness Regulation: Users can enter the brightness regulation interface by holding the touch area. They can select brightness levels by clicking the touch key and return by pressing the side key.
- Stopwatch: The stopwatch page allows users to "start" timing by holding it, "pause" by clicking, and "stop" by holding again.
- Mute Function: By default, the mute function is closed. If vibration is not desired, users can switch to the mute interface and hold the touch button for two seconds to "open" or "close" it.
- Restore Factory Settings: Holding the touch area for over 3 seconds will clear all messages and restore the smart bracelet to its factory settings.
- Power-off: Users can power off the device by holding the side key on the main interface for 3 seconds, which will bring up the power-off interface. Alternatively, holding the touch area for more than 3 seconds will also power it off.
- QR Code for APP Download: The bracelet displays a QR code for downloading the PubuFit APP.
